3Deposit Policy

The following rules apply when adding funds to your 9jabet account:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from your own payment account only.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and may result in the funds being forfeited.
• Deposits are credited instantly in most cases. If there is a delay, please contact support.

9jabet reserves the right to investigate and, where necessary, hold any suspicious deposits. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant authorities will be notified.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirements have been met.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

9jabet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, applicable on a minimum deposit of BDT 500.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–20x) must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is made.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or third-party details will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• 9jabet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 9jabet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 9jabet itself cancels the event.
• Odds may change before an event begins. The odds at the time your bet is placed will apply.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 9jabet reserves the right to void that bet.
• The maximum winning amount is determined separately for each event.

7Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access another member's account without their permission.

8Account Closure & Suspension

9jabet may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions or involvement in any prohibited activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or submission of false information.
• Detection of suspicious financial activity or attempted fraud.
• If required to close an account by court order or government directive.
